Crispy Chicken Wings

This is based on using the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid. You can adjust accordingly using a normal air fryer I’m sure.

Steps Ingredients Imp. Metric Notes No-Leftover
:hocho: Chicken wings 2 lbs 900g :white_check_mark:
:salt: Paprika 1 Tsp we use smoked paprika :white_check_mark:
:salt: Garlic powder 1 Tsp :white_check_mark:
:salt: Onion powder 1 Tsp :white_check_mark:
:salt: Salt 1 Tsp :white_check_mark:
:salt: Black pepper 1 Tsp :white_check_mark:
:matΓ©: Olive oil 1 Tbsp :white_check_mark:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use paper towel to pat :hocho: Chicken Wings dry.

  2. In a bowl, mix with all :salt: ingredients.

  3. Add :matΓ©: ingredient and mix together.

  4. Place Chicken Wings in one layer in steamer basket and close air fryer lid.

  5. Air Fry: 400F
    Time: 22 mins (flip halfway)

  6. For extra crispy, add 3 to 5 mins to the time.
